Our Studio Approach

“Transformation,” in and of itself is a false goal. That’s why we don’t use the word - EVER. And that’s because it’s a hollow term that is nearly impossible to pull off without making the department you are trying to transform, stop what it’s doing, and work on ‘transformation. ‘That’s why (X%) of “transformation” projects fail.

We set up a Studio to develop disruptive solutions and products separate from the grind of daily work. Instead of asking for IT resources, we build an abstracted environment that utilizes IT, (and other business unit) Api’s. This method allows us to build solutions that use existing back office data. It also allows department leaders to pop in, collaborate with us, and observe how the data is being used and how it creates a new experience.
